At ExamDeals, we aim to provide a clear and fair purchasing experience for certification exam vouchers, training programs, and related services.

Because many of our products are digital, time-sensitive, provider-controlled, assigned, or customized, refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service and its current status.

Please read this policy before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Principle

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and the status of the product or service.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a request has been submitted. Eligibility may depend on whether the product has been delivered, issued, assigned, redeemed, accessed, scheduled, started, customized, or otherwise processed.

2. Exam Voucher Refund Eligibility

You may contact ExamDeals to request a review of an exam voucher purchase where:

The wrong product was purchased and the voucher has not been issued or processed
A duplicate payment was made
ExamDeals is unable to fulfill the confirmed order
A verified technical or processing issue prevents delivery of the purchased voucher
Another issue exists that qualifies for review under the circumstances of the order

Refund decisions may also depend on the policies and restrictions of the relevant certification provider.

3. When an Exam Voucher May Not Be Eligible for a Refund

An exam voucher may not be eligible for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund if it has:

Already been issued or delivered to the customer, where the voucher cannot be reversed
Been assigned to a candidate
Been redeemed or used
Been used to schedule an examination
Expired
Been disclosed, activated, or otherwise processed in a way that makes reversal impossible

The final outcome may depend on the applicable certification provider’s rules and the status of the voucher.

4. Expired Vouchers

Customers are responsible for checking and using their exam voucher before its expiry date.

Unless explicitly confirmed otherwise by the certification provider, expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or replaced.

ExamDeals cannot guarantee an extension or replacement for an unused voucher after its validity period has ended.

5. Incorrect Exam or Certification Selection

Customers should carefully verify the certification provider, certification name, exam name, exam code, voucher type, region, and eligibility requirements before completing a purchase.

If you believe you selected the wrong product, contact ExamDeals immediately. We will review whether the order can still be cancelled or corrected.

Once a voucher has been issued, assigned, redeemed, or otherwise processed, changes may not be possible.

6. Training Refunds

Training refund eligibility depends on the type of training and its delivery status.

Refund eligibility may be limited or unavailable where:

The training has already started
Course access has already been provided
Digital learning materials have been accessed or downloaded
A customized or corporate training program has been prepared
A reserved seat or instructor arrangement cannot reasonably be cancelled

Where applicable, ExamDeals may offer an alternative training date, credit, replacement option, or another reasonable solution.

7. Corporate and Customized Services

Corporate training, bulk voucher purchases, customized learning programs, and enterprise services may be governed by a separate quotation, purchase order, service agreement, or commercial contract.

Where separate terms apply, those agreed terms will govern cancellation and refund eligibility for the relevant service.

8. Exam Results and Certification Outcomes

ExamDeals does not provide refunds because a candidate:

Did not pass an examination
Decided not to take an examination
Failed to meet certification eligibility requirements
Missed an exam appointment
Failed to follow the certification provider’s testing rules
Was denied entry by a testing provider due to identification or other candidate requirements

Certification results and exam outcomes are determined independently by the relevant certification provider.

9. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund or cancellation review, contact ExamDeals and provide:

Order ID
Registered name
Registered email address
Product or service purchased
Date of purchase
A clear explanation of the issue

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will be communicated to you.

Approved refunds are generally processed back through the original payment method where possible. The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and other processing factors.

Any non-refundable third-party charges, transaction fees, or costs that cannot legally or commercially be recovered may be treated according to the terms disclosed during the purchase process and applicable law.

11. Order Cancellation by ExamDeals

ExamDeals reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where, for example:

A product is unavailable
An obvious pricing or technical error occurred
Payment verification fails
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
A certification provider restricts the requested transaction
The order cannot be fulfilled for another legitimate operational reason

Where payment has been successfully collected for an order that ExamDeals cannot fulfill, the available resolution may include a refund, alternative product, store credit, or another mutually agreed solution, subject to applicable law.
